Study on the micro-identification of insect material medicine / 中国中药杂志

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To seek microstructure characters and method of insect material medicines.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>Insect material medicines and Chinese patent medicines containing these medicines were observed and compared with OLYMPUS.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The texture of integumentary cells, the shape and size of hair socket and bristle were important characters for species identification.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>This method can effectively identify 8 insect medicines, which provides some data and foundation for Chinese patent medicines' identification containing insects medicines and making quality standard for new drugs.</p>
