Research on active extracts of Dicliptera chinensis on liver protection / 中国中药杂志

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To search pharmacody namic active extracts of Dicliptera chinensis for protecting liver.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>Rats cute liver injury model was induced by CCl4 to screen the liver protection of four different fraction extracted from an ethanol extract of D. chinensis.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The n-butanol fraction and water fraction can prevent the increase of the ALT, AST and MDA (P < 0.01, P < 0. 05), and increase the SOD compared to the normal groups (P < 0.05).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The results show that the pharmacody namic active extracts of D. chinensis are the n-butanol and water fractions.</p>
