ABSTRACT
<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To analyze the active components alignment of aconitum alkaloids on extractive of Folium Aconiti Kusnezoffii and its decoction.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>The analysis was performed by the method of ESI-MS.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The biester-type and the triester-type diterpenoid aconitum alkaloids were hydrolysed after boiling in water, the former was hydrolyzed to 14-benzoylaconine and aconine, the latter to 3-acylaconine.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The method is simple rapid and sensitive, provide a new instrumentality to analyze the active components alignment of aconitum alkaloids on extractive of folium aconiti kusnezoffii.</p>
