The duration of follow-up was six months. The mean chin advancement was 1.1 cm and the mean chin vertical increase was 0.7 cm. All the patients healed very well with satisfactory aesthetic result.

CONCLUSIONSWith this two-step genioplasty, the chin can be moved to ideal position with a natural appearance.
