ABSTRACT
Patients with 62 ages had sudden left angina pectoris, much sweating, anxiety and fear for moving. The tests found that SGOT, SGPT were normal, pulmonary Ray in the aortic loop and cardiac shadow were normal. Use of drugs for coronary arterial dilatation and hypotensive did not relieve the angina pectoris. The CT scanner found separated thoracic aortic aneurysm. The patient then was operated
