ABSTRACT
Orthostatic hypotension(OH) is a series of clinical symptoms which are caused by reduction of venous return and temporary ischemia of cerebral blood flow when the body standing up from a supine. When postural changes, the blood pressure will decreased. It always permance as dizziness, fainting, and etc. It makes adverse effects in daily life.
