ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the influence of adenomyosis on IVF-ET outcomes in infertile patients with endometriosis.Methods 122 cases were divided into two groupsgroup A(research group)contained 32 patients in infertile with both adenomyosis and endometriosis;group B(control group) contained 90 patients with endometriosis.The main data measured were response to COH,outcome of IVF-ET.Results Both groups had no significant difference in Gn dosage,number of oocytes obtained,number of fertilization and number of cleavage(all p>0.05),The clinical pregnancy rate of group A was 21.9%,which was lower than that of group B(30.0%),but there were no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Adenomyosis had no adverse effects on IVF-ET outcomes in infertile women with proven endometriosis.
