ABSTRACT
MicroRNAs are a class of small(about 20-24 nueleotides),endogenous, noneoding RNA molecules that regulate a wide array of physiologic processes, such as growth and developmenL In recent years, some researches show that the tissues from tumors have aberrant mieroRNA profiling compared with normal tis-sues.The abnormal miemRNA profiling can affect the genesis, proliferation, differentiation, metastasis and recur-renee of tumors. The different expressions of microRNA Can not only help for the diagnosis of tumors, but also evaluate the prognosis of tumors.Disturbing several miemRNA expressions can decrease the volumes of tumor and inhibit the peritoneal metastasis 80 as to treat the tumor by using anti-mieroRNA drugs in animal expedments.
