ABSTRACT
Objective To elucidate the value of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) in diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods Report of 210 cases and literature were reviewed.Results The positive rates of FNAC were greater than those of other methods and the positive results were believable.To unite FNAC and biopsy can improve the rates of diagnosis.Conclusions Those of accompanying with superficial lymph node would be done FNAC and biopsy as soon as possible.
