Scope, selection of operation and evaluation of extended radical operation for gallbladder carcinoma / 国际外科学杂志

ABSTRACT

Gallbladder carcinoma is a common malignancy of biliary system which associated with dismal outcomes.It is difficult to resect because of its various etiologic factors,difficulties of early diagnosis,high malignancy grade and early metastasis.A review is presented here to discuss the progress of extended radical operation for gallbladder carcinoma,and focused on the scope and complications of the resection.
