Experiences of cultivating comprehensive nursing capability from Assessment Center in Michigan State University / 中华医学教育探索杂志

ABSTRACT

This article analyzed the prominent features of simulated experiment teaching in the Nursing College of Michigan State University under the guidance of assessment center from three aspects:course offering,organization and practiced manner.This article also proposed some suggestions for simulated experiment in view of the present situation,aiming at effectively training nursing students' comprehensive capability and improving their occupation competency.
