Investigation on the relationship between clozapine dose and electrocardiogram abnormalities / 中国基层医药

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the antipsychotic clozapine dose to the influence of the abnormal ecg.Methods The continuous use clozapine 2 years of treatment for 81 cases of schizophrenia patients taken different doses of ecg examination results were retrospectively analyzed.Results ≥200mg/d quartile group 35 examples have 27 cases who had electrocardiogram abnormalities,the abnormal rate was 77.14％,＜ 200mg group 46 patients had 24 cases who had electrocardiogram abnormalities,the abnormal rate was 52.17％,there were significant differences,the two groups was statistically significant(x2 =5.13,P ＜ 0.05),two of which were all with abnormal wave of first,T sinus tachycardia in the second.Conclusion The change with the patient's electrocardiogram dosage had certain relations.Patients with abnormal ecg situation of may increase with drug doses increasing.
