A Clinical Analysis of 440 Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome Patients Infected with Mycobacterium Tuberculosis / 中国医科大学学报

ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate clinical characteristics of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of 440 AIDS patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis were collected and subjected to statistical analysis,including infectious type,sites,and situation.Results There were mainly multitopical or disseminated tuberculosis in 163 cases;the rate of extrapulmonary tuberculosis was 32.50%(143 cases);there were 48 cases of confidently extrapulmonay tuberculosis;there were 8 cases of adult primary pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis is the most opportunistic infection.There were multitopical or disseminated infection of mycobacterium tuberculosis in acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis.
