Efficacy assessment on 65 cases with allergic rhinitis treated by azelastine hydro-chloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine / 中国免疫学杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective:To provide scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis by observation of curative effect of treatment to allergic rhinitis by azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine .Methods: One hundred and twenty-nine patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups an experimental group and a control group.The control group was treated by azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray .The experimental group was treated by azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray and desloratadine 5 mg per night.One period of treatment for each group is 4 weeks.Results:the cure rate of the experimental group was 93.85%and 81.25%in control group, with a great difference between them (P0.05).Conclusion:azelastine hydro-chloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine can treat patients with allergic rhinitis effectively and safely .It can increase the total effective rate and improve present ’s symptoms.It has great value in clinical application .
