ABSTRACT

An investigation and analysis of the current hierarchical medical system in Shenzhen,probed into its existing problems and shortcomings.The findings of the study can help recommend on proposals for the local government to enhance the hierarchical system,accelerate the construction of a rational order of medical visits,improve the utilization efficiency of health care resource and the quality of care.
