Study of Prolactin Level Changes of Patients with Hyperprolactinemia in Different Time Period / 现代检验医学杂志

ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate prolactin(PRL)levels in patient with hyperprolactinemia in different period of time. Methods Used electrochemical luminescence method,Roche E170 automatic immune analyzer determination of detect 124 cases female patients of hyperprolactinemia (PRL>880 uIU/ml)at 730AM,1000AM and 400PM respectivelye of plas-ma PRL level,and in accordance with the polyethylene glycol (PEG)6000 precipitate PRL after A PRL recovery rate of into macroprolactin (MPRL)group (A PRL recovery rate of≤40%),single PRL group (A PRL recovery rate of> 60%),sus-picious PRL group (40%control group comparison,showed significant differences (χ2=17.886 7,P<0.05).MPRL group and single PRL group untreated by PEG at 1000AM the PRL levels (1 160±714 uIU/ml,885±801 uIU/ml)and at 730AM the PRL levels (1 521±914 uIU/ml,1 497±845 uIU/ml)showed significantdifferences (t巨=1.993,t单=4.46,P<0.05).MPRL group and single PRL group treated by PEG at 1000AM of the PRL levels (316±231 uIU/ml,766±611 uIU/ml)and at 730AM of the PRL levels (488±394 uIU/ml,1 235±912 uIU/ml)showed significant differences (t巨=2.411 4,t单=3.625 2,P<0.05).Single PRL group untreated by PEG at 400PM PRL levels (1 033±911 uIU/ml)and at 730AM PRL levels (1 497±845 uIU/ml)also showed significant differences (t=3.168 6,P<0.05).Conclusion PRL levels was changed in different time.De-termining the sampling time correct,conduce to the diagnosis of hyperprolactinemia clinical.
