ABSTRACT

Objective To provide the reference for Chinese nurses who work in the multidisciplinary team of the breast cancer.Methods By introducing the multidisciplinary team of the breast cancer in America,particularly briefing the nursing important roles on the situation of the team.Results The multidisciplinary team of the breast cancer in America could not only make patients know the therapeutic schedule before treatment but also line up the whole treatment.Conclusions On the basis of combining the current situation of nursing in China,and developing the multidisciplinary team of the breast cancer,the effect of the specialty nurses is exerted to promote the establishment of nursing clinic and the nursing information construction.
