ABSTRACT

Scientific research and clinical talents are the key to train the professional postgraduate students .Training scientific research capacity is a gradually accumulation process .Choosing the research issues , preparing the opening report , writing a review , participating the academic seminars or conferences , and writing the graduation thesis would be helpful for training scientific research capacity of endocrinology clinical professional postgraduates .
