Perioperative nursing care to 14 patients with bowel endometriosis / 现代临床护理

ABSTRACT

Objective To sum up the measures for nursing 14 patients with bowel endometriosis(BE).Method Toally 14 BE patients hospitalized in our hospital during January 2009 to January 2016 were treated,with nursing care includingpreoperative mental care and bowel preparation,and postoperative close observations to the incisions,dieting guidance and observations and treatment of the complications,and corresponding health education.Result The incisions of all the patients were well healed and the bowel function was restored.Conclusion Such nursing measures as preoperative mental care and bowel preparation,and postoperative close observations to the incisions,dieting guidance and observations and treatment of the complications,and corresponding health education.
