CONCLUSION:

Na +-K +-ATPase is not sensitive to ischemic damage,but sensitive to reperfusion damage.Like hypothermia,scopolamine can protect Na +-K +-ATPase activity in the cerebral cortex during postischemic reperfusion,but hypothermia has no cooperating effect on scopolamine.
