ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the feasibility of bacterial endotoxin test(BET) for floxuridine(FuDR) injection and to perform the test.METHODS:
To refer to BET in appendix of China Pharmacopoeia,edition 2000.RESULTS:
Bacterial endotoxin could be detected in 60 times dilution of FuDR injection by limulus lysate with a sensitivity of 0.5EU/ml.CONCLUS_IONBET for FuDR injection is feasible.
