Objective To study the expression of RhoC mRNA in human primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHCC) and paracarcinoma liver(PCL) tissues .Method Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of RhoC mRNA in the PHCC and PCL tissue of 30 patients with PHCC.
