Determination of Concentration of Cefixime in Human Serum by RP-HPLC / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine concentration of cefixime in human serum.ME_ THODS:The assay was conducted on Agilent ZORBAX?SB C 18 column with methanal-water-PBS(25∶15∶60,V/V/V)as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was270nm,and the acetanilide was taken as internal standard.RESULTS:The lin?earity range was0.11～5.28mg/L with a regressive equation of Y-0.07534X-0.13186,r=0.9995.The recovery was high.CONCLUSION:This method is accurate,rapid and simple and can be used for determining the concentration of cefixime in human serum.
