ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of hydroxyproline in liver tissue in rats with hepatic fibrosis.METHO_ DSRP-HPLC was used with precolumn derivation by2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)in the Borax buffer solution for lh in boiling water.Acetonitrile-acetate buffer linear gradient elution was used.Detecting wavelength was360nm.RESULTS:Derivation of hydroxyproline could be separated from other amino acids and accurately determined.CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,accurate,and suitable for detection of biopsy samples obtained by liver puncture.
