ABSTRACT

Objective To Study the antiarrhythmic effects of oryzanol.Methods Twenty rats were randomly divided into two groupsoryzanol group and control group,ten rats in each.The rats in the oryzanol group were fed with oryzanol which was mixed into normal diet at a dose of 60mg?kg -1 ?d -1 for 4 days.The rats in the control group were fed with normal diet.Results The responses to noise interference and adrenaline in the oryzanol group and control group were as follows⑴the heart rates were 299?72 beats/min,351?68 beats/min(P
