ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC method for determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in compound Jinpu tablets METHODS:HPLC was performed on Shim-pack CLC-ODS(4 6mm?250mm,5?m) with methanol-water(15∶5) as mobile phase Flow rate was 1 5ml/min and detecting wavelength was 270nm Tanshinone Ⅱ A in compound Jinpu tablets was extracted by reflux method RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0 01 333～0 10 667?g/ml(r=0 9 998,n=5) CONCLUSION:This method is simple,accurate,repeatable and effective for quality control of compound Jinpu tablets
