ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and quality control of compound doxepin hydrochloride cream.METHO DSThe compound cream was prepared with doxepin hydrochloride and triamcinolone acetonide,and the contents were determinated by UV-spectrophotometry and HPLC respectively.RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear in the range of the concentrations of the experiment respectively,r=0.9999.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
