ABSTRACT

Objective To study the clinical pathological significance and relationship of placental glutathione-s-transferase(GST-?) and p53 protein expression in the tissues of human lung carcinomas. Methods The expressions of GST-? and p53 in 60 cases of lung carcinomas were detected by the LSAB immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of GST-? and p53 protein expression in lung carcinomas were 56 67% and 31 67% respectively.
