ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of PPAR-r agonist Troglitazone on the mPGEs expression induced by high glucose in rat mesangial cells. Methods Rat mesangial cells were incubated with high glucose at presence or absence of different concentrations of Troglitanzone, and the mPGEs concentration in supernatant was measured by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
