OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the sedative and analgesic effects and safty of fentanyl-propofol and midazolam-propofol by intravenous injection in gastroscopy for aged-patients.METHODS:128aged-patients were randomly divided into3groupsfentanyl-propofol group(groupⅠ),midazolam-propofol group(groupⅡ)and ordinary gastroscopy group(groupⅢ).The effects of sedation and analgesia and the variation of SBP,HR and SDNN were observed.RESULTS:Patients in groupⅠandⅡfelt much less discomfortable than those in groupⅢ(P
