ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of EPO on T lymphocyte subgroup and cytokine in hemodialysis patients. Methods Thirty-two cases of patients underwent long-term hemodialysis were as experimental group, and 20 healthy subjects were as control group. The levels of CD 3, CD 4, CD 8 and CD 4/CD 8 were examined by flow cytometry in the both groups before and 3 months after EPO treatment, and the levels of SIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF? were detected by ELISA.
