Analysis on Monitoring Reports of50cases of Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:to review the occurrence of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in our hospital and its relevant factors.METHODS:The reports on50cases of ADR collected by ADR monitoring group of our hospital were counted up,classified and analyzed.RESULTS:Among the50cases,the allergic reactions dominated.The following was nervous adverse reaction.A few cases were caused by irrational or improper drug use.Prevention of possible or potential ADR lies in monitoring of clinical drug use.Antibiotic was the first major factor causing ADR and the next one was Shuanghuanglian injection.CON?CLUSIONADR monitoring must be strengthened and knowledge of ADR must be publicized.
