Study on the Principal Chemical Composition of Ethyl Acetate Part in Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood Apozem / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:

To study the chief chemical components of the ethyl acetate part of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood Apozem.

METHODS:

The HPLC was adopted in which Hypersil ODS was taken as the chromato?graphic column,the Methanol-0.5%glacial acetic acid was taken as the mobile phase(gradient elution),the detective wave?length was280nm,the flow rate was1ml/min and with the column temperature set at room temperature.

RESULTS:

There were7characteristic peaks in the ethyl acetate part of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood Decoction,6of which come from isoflavone of Radix Astragali and1come from ferulic acid of Angelicae Sinensis.

CONCLUSION:

The chief characteristic peak of the ethyl acetate part of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood Apozem was the building up of Radix Astragali peak and angelicae sinensis peak,no other significant composition peaks were emerged.
