ABSTRACT

Objective To examine the association between glycemia in COPD and pulmonary function. Methods 124 cases were divided as COPD and COPD with type 2 diabetes mellitus. COPD patients with diabetes were stratified according to the course of diabetes. The main pulmonary function measures included TLC,FVC, FEV_1, FEV_1/FVC%, FEF25%～75% and DLCO, DLCO/VA .
