ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the effect of relaxation therapy on rehabilitation patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 112 cases with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into test group(n=56) and control group(n=56).Relaxation trains was adopted in test group, usual nursing care was adopted to the patients in both groups. The therapeutic effects and relapse rate were observed in two groups. Results There were no significant differences of clinical curative efficacy in two groups first-visit and less than six-month pathogenesis patients, but compared with the control group, the cure efficacy of recurrent-attack patients and over six-month-pathogenesis patients were significantly lower in test group, and the relapse rate in control group is higher than that in test group. Conclusion The relaxation therapy can promote the rehabilitation in functional dyspepsia patients of recurrent attack and over-six-month pathogenesis, and decrease the relapse rate.
