ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the expression of fibroblast specific protein-1 (S100A4) in human lung cancer,and investigate roles of S100A4 in the infiltration and metastasis of lung cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of S100A4 in 50 lung cancer tissues and 6 normal lung tissues.
