ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe the short-term curative effect of treating malignant tumor with compound glycyrrhizin injection plus chemotherapy and the effect of the combined therapy on liver function.METHODS:A total of62patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groupsthe treatment group was assigned to receive compound glycyrrhizin injection(60ml)combined with chemotherapy,and control group receive single conventional chemotherapy,the short-term curative effect and the impact on liver function between groups were compared.RESULTS:The total effective rates were51.6%and32.8%,respectively for the treatment group and the control group(P
