Content Determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Jianwei Tea by HPLC / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for content determination of glycyrrbizic acid in Jianwei tea.MET_HODSA Inertsil ODS-3 column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2mol/L ammonium acetate solution-glacial acetic acid(67∶33∶1).The detection wavelength was 250nm,and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship between the sample size and peak area score of glycyrrbizic acid in the range of 0.784?g～4.70?g(r= 0.9 999).The average recovery was 99.1%(RSD=1.26%).CONCLUSION:The present method is convenient,accurate and practicable,and it can be used for quality control of Jianwei tea.
