ABSTRACT

Objective To summarize early complications and treatment after regional pancreatectomy for periampullary carcinoma. Methods Clinical data of 325 periampullary carcinoma cases in our hospital from Dec 1997 to Jul 2004 were collected. Postoperative early complications were analyzed.
