Study on Preparation Process for Yegan Drop Pills / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To establish an optimized preparation process for Yegan Drop Pills. METHODS: The orthogonal test was applied to the selection of basic substance ( polyglycol) , temperature of cooling agent ( usoline) , and ratio in quantity of the extract to the basic substance. RESULTS: The optimal preparation process is under the condition of using polyglycol 4000, and cooling temperature at 10～ 15℃ . CONCLUSION: The Yegan Drop Pills prepared by using the technique are good in shape, stable in quality and easy to replicate. The technique can provide reference for the manufacture of Yegan Drop Pills.
