ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To develop an effective and reasonable performance appraisal management system in outpatient pharmacy so as to motivate staff's working enthusiasm.METHODS:
A quantified appraisal management system was established in which personal rewards and punishments were taken into fully consideration. RESULTS &CONCLUSIONS:
Due to the practice of performance appraisal management system, the working efficiency and the grade of service quality in outpatient pharmacy have been greatly enhanced, personal responsibility at each post has been reinforced, and the incidences of mistakes and accidents have been reduced.
