Determination of Vitamin D_2, Vitamin A and Vitamin E in Cernevit-12 for Injection by HPLC / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:

To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneously determination of Vitamin D2, Vitamin A and Vitamin E in Cernevit-12 for injection.

METHODS:

An Inertsil(ODS-2) C18 column was selected as separation column at 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-methylene chloride (80∶10∶10) at a flow rate of 1.0mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 265nm and the injection volume was 10?L.

RESULTS:

The linear ranges of Vitamin D2, Vitamin E acetic ester and Vitamin A palmitate were 0.61~1.43?g?mL-1, 222.6~519.4?g?mL-1 and 1.21~2.82mg?mL-1 respectively. The average recoveries were 99.79%, 99.53% and 101.63%, with RSD of 1.66%, 0.184 6%, 0.113 4%.

CONCLUSION:

The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the determination of Cernevit-12.
