ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the efficacy of rosiglitazone in the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD).METHODS:
A total of 124 patients with NAFLD(excluding those with cirrhosis) were randomly divided into rosiglitaone(RSG) treatment group and placebo group(control) for a treatment of 24wk.Then the curative effects in two groups were compared.RESULTS:
