Determination of Main Component Content in Compound Dyclonine Ointment by RP-HPLC / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of dyclonine hydrochloride in compound dyclonine ointment by RP-HPLC.METHODS:The chromatographic separation was performed on Lanbo C18 with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine(55:43:1:0.5) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The sample size was 20 ?L and the wavelength was set at 279 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of dyclonine hydrochloride was 10.43～62.58 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 7) with an average recovery rate of 98.52%(RSD=0.93%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid and effective,and it can be used for the quality control of compound dyclonine ointment.
