ABSTRACT
This article analyzes the inspiration of the thought of "to govern by non-intervention" in modern hospital management from the following four respects. They are the objects of establishing healthy career, setting up the managing method of "go with the nature", the people-oriented flexible management pattern, and the leadership art of "To govern by non-intervention". It is beneficial for hospitals to take their social responsibilities, establish systemic management systems, explore human resources and improve the managers' qualifications. With all the above approaches accomplished, the management art of "To govern by non-intervention" will be achieved.
