ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of the compound preparation of Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Chuanxiongzine(DCs) on activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA) in erythrocytes and cerebral tissue in rats with Alzheimer's Disease(AD).METHODS:Alzheimer's Disease model was established in rats with aluminium trichloride and D-galactose,with Naofukang as positive control to observe the effects of compound preparation of DCs on the activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA in erythrocytes and cerebral tissue in rats.RE-SULTSIn DCs-treated group compared with Alzheimer's Disease model group,the activity of SOD increased significantly(P
