Determination of Gentiopicrin in Qianggan Capsules by HPLC / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJCTIVETo determine the content of Gentiopicrin in Qianggan capsules by HPLC.METHODS:The sample was separated on Diamonsil TM C18 (200 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (23∶77) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.RESULTS: The linear range of Gentiopicrin was 0.018 59～0.232 40 ?g(r=0.999 6) with an average recovery of 96.59%(RSD=1.35%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The meth-od developed is accurate,stable and reproducible,and it provides basis for the improvement of the quality standard of Qianggan capsules.
