ADR Reports:Analysis of 105 Cases in Our Hospital / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions(ADR)occurred in our hospital.METHDOSA total of 105 ADR cases collected from 2007 to 2008 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of the reporters,sex and age of patients,drug categories,routes of administration,organs and systems involved and clinical manifestations.RESULTS:Of the 105 ADR cases,50.5% occurred in patients aged above 60,48.6% were induced by anti-infective drugs,72.4% were induced via intravenous route,and 34.3% manifested as lesions of skin and its appendants.CONCLUSION:Anti-infective drugs should be used rationally and ADR monitoring work should be emphasized to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
