Determination of Reserpine in Reserpine Injection by HPLC / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of reserpine in Reserpine injection.METHODS:The determination was performed on Venusil XBP-C18 column with column temperature at 28 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (5248,pH value of (3?0.2)) with flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was 268 nm and sample size was 10 ?L.RESULTS:The linear range of reserpine was 4～l6 ?g?mL-1 (r=0.999 1) with average recovery of 99.69% (RSD=0.98%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible for content determination of Reserpine injection.
