Determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Danqi Piantan Capsule by HPLC-ELSD / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Danqi piantan capsule.METHODS:The determination was performed on Intertex C18 column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with column temperature kept at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(32∶68) at a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.RESULTS:Astragaloside Ⅳ showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.091 5～0.915 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 5),and the average recovery of astragaloside Ⅳ was 101.12%(RSD=1.75%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it is applicable for the quality control of Danqi piantan capsule.
